- How Can I Contact the Organizer?
For any questions regarding a specific event, you’ll want to contact the event’s organizer directly. The best way to do this is to find their contact information located on the event page in the Support/Questions section. There you can find their email address and phone number. The event organizer will be able to help you with questions specific to the event, location, scheduling and refund or date change requests.
If the event is completed and the event page is no longer available, you can also find the organizer’s contact information in the confirmation email sent to the email address used to register for the event.
- How can I be Notified of Future Event Dates?
If you cannot make the dates listed for the event, please contact the event organizer for future dates. The event organizer can provide you with the dates of their future events, or contact you when future dates are scheduled.
The event organizer’s contact information is located on the event page in the Support/Questions section. Listed will be their email address and phone number.
- Why Did Register Connect Charge Me?
If you have received a charge from Register Connect on your credit card statement, it is from registering for an event we hosted on our registration website. If you feel your card was charged in error, please email email@example.com.
If you feel your card was charged an incorrect amount or if you would like to request a refund, please contact the event organizer.
- How Do I Know If I am Registered?
Register Connect sends a confirmation email to the email addressed used to register for an event. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, please be sure to check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders for the email.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact the event’s organizer to request a confirmation of your registration.
- I Think I Registered Twice, What Should I Do?
Our system sends out a confirmation email with a unique confirmation code for each registration. If you have received multiple confirmation emails with different conformation codes, then you have registered more than once.
To cancel the additional registrations and request a refund, please contact the event’s organizer.
- Can I Change My Information After I Have Registered?
The event’s organizer has access to your registration information, and each organizer handles change requests differently. Please contact the organizer directly to change any information you registered with or to change the dates you wish to attend the event.
- I Missed the Early Registration Discount Date, Can I Still Receive the Discount?
Register Connect does not determine the pricing or discounts offered for any events listed on our website. Any and all discounts granted after the Early Registration Discount date has passed is at the discretion of the event’s organizer.

- How Do I Know How Many Seats are Still Available?
As long as seats are available for an event the Register Connect registration page will remain active. In the instance that an event fills up, the registration page will become inactive. To request how many open seats are available, please contact the event’s organizer. If an event is full and you would like to be notified if future events of that type, please contact the event’s organizer and request to be added to their list to inform of future events.
- Can I Register and Pay for an Event at the Door?
It is at the discretion of the event’s organizer if they will take registrations and payment at the door. If you are interested in paying by check at the door, please first contact the organizer to ensure a seat is reserved for you and provide them with your contact information should anything change that you need to be notified of.
- I Can’t Make the Event, Can I Just Purchase the Materials?
If an event offers materials, all materials are provided by the event’s organizer. If you wish to purchase the offered materials but not attend the event, please contact the organizer with your request. It is at the discretion of the organizer to offer their materials for purchase separate from attending their event.
